Zero Counterfeit Policy

The Authenticity Promise

Your body and internal organs are invaluable. In an Indian fitness market saturated with counterfeit, flour-spiked, and steroid-laced fake supplements, Protein World Palghar stands as an unyielding fortress of 100% genuine products.

Why Fake Supplements Threaten Indian Athletes

Investigations across Maharashtra and major Indian metro cities regularly uncover illegal counterfeit supplement factories repackaging cheap industrial starch, chalk powder, sugar, and unapproved stimulants into duplicate branded tubs.

Consuming counterfeit supplements results in severe kidney strain, liver toxicity, digestive disorders, skin acne, and zero muscle gains. At Protein World Palghar, we bypass all middleman traders and obtain stock strictly through authorized primary importers.

Authorized National Importers We Source From

MusclePro Nutrition (MPN)

How to Verify Your Supplement in 4 Steps

Locate the Importer Holographic Sticker

Check the lid or side wall of the container for the official importer hologram (SSNC, Glanbia, Bright, or MPN). If this sticker is missing, peeling, or taped over, the product is counterfeit.

Gently Scratch the Verification Panel

Use a coin to gently scratch the silver coating. This will reveal a unique, one-time alphanumeric code or PIN registered on the importer's central server.

Verify Online or via SMS

Send the code via SMS to the official verification shortcode or enter it into the importer’s secure portal (e.g., authenticateon.in for ON). You will receive instantaneous confirmation of product validity and first-time verification.

Cross-Check Lot Number & Expiry Date

Inspect the dot-matrix printed batch number and expiry date at the bottom or neck of the container. These details must match your official Protein World billing receipt.
